This includes, but is not limited to, digital courses, coaching programs, challenges, memberships, playbooks, templates, bundles, subscriptions, communities, live or recorded trainings, events, and any future offerings (collectively, the “Offerings”).
By purchasing, accessing, or using any Offering, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or use any of our Offerings.
Our Offerings may include self-paced digital products, live or recorded trainings, group coaching, communities, downloadable materials, and related resources. Features, pricing, bonuses, and access may vary by Offering and may change over time at our discretion.
All prices are listed at checkout and may change at any time without notice. We accept major credit/debit cards and may offer third-party payment plans or buy-now-pay-later options.
You are responsible for all applicable taxes, currency exchange fees, and processing fees associated with your purchase.
Due to the digital nature of our Offerings and immediate access upon purchase, all sales are final and non-refundable, unless a specific refund policy or guarantee is clearly stated on the checkout page for a particular Offering.
If a refund or guarantee is explicitly stated, those written terms will apply only to that specific Offering.
If you select a payment plan, you agree to complete all scheduled payments. Failure to do so may result in suspension or termination of access without refund until the balance is resolved.
Access details are delivered electronically after purchase. It is your responsibility to ensure your email address is correct and to check spam or promotional folders.
“Lifetime access” refers to the lifetime of the Offering as maintained by the Company, not the lifetime of the purchaser. We reserve the right to modify, migrate, or discontinue Offerings with reasonable notice.
All content, materials, videos, templates, and resources provided are the exclusive property of Stephy Chen, LLC.
Your purchase grants you a single-user, non-transferable, non-exclusive license for personal use only. You may not copy, share, distribute, resell, sublicense, or reproduce any materials in whole or in part without written permission.
Violation of this policy may result in immediate termination of access without refund and potential legal action.
If an Offering includes access to a community or coaching component, you agree to act respectfully and professionally.
Harassment, spamming, solicitation, or misuse of the community or coaching access is prohibited. We reserve the right to limit, suspend, or terminate access for violations.
We do not guarantee income, financial results, or specific outcomes. All testimonials, examples, or case studies reflect individual experiences and are not promises of results.
Your success depends on many factors including effort, consistency, skills, and market conditions. Our Offerings are for educational purposes only and do not constitute financial, legal, or tax advice.
By submitting testimonials, comments, posts, images, or other content in our communities, emails, or social platforms, you grant us permission to use such content for marketing, educational, or promotional purposes unless otherwise stated.
We may reference or integrate third-party platforms. We are not responsible for the availability, functionality, or policies of third-party services. Your use of them is subject to their own terms.
We strive to provide reliable access but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update, modify, or remove content, features, or platforms at any time.

All Offerings are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stephy Chen, LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific Offering giving rise to the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis in Los Angeles County, California, to the extent permitted by law.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our Offerings after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
