Welcome to Stephy Chen, LLC ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing and using our website, digital products, and services at stephychen.com, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before purchasing or accessing any of our products or services.

1. Use of Website & Services

1.1. You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.

1.2. You agree not to misuse, copy, resell, or distribute our content without express written permission from Stephy Chen, LLC.

1.3. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

2. Digital Products & Intellectual Property

2.1. All content including but not limited to text, graphics, videos, templates, course materials, and digital products offered by Stephy Chen, LLC remains our sole intellectual property.

2.2. Product and course access is limited to the original purchaser only. Sharing login credentials, reselling, or redistributing our materials without written consent is strictly prohibited. If a violation is detected, access will be terminated immediately without refund.

2.3. You may download or print select materials for personal, non-commercial use only.

2.4. Certain digital products may include Master Resell Rights (MRR) where explicitly stated, allowing purchasers to resell them for 100% profit. Redistribution outside of agreed MRR terms is strictly prohibited.

2.5. We do not guarantee specific earnings. Individual results vary based on effort, consistency, skills, and market conditions.

3. Payment Terms

3.1. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and may offer payment plan options where applicable.

3.2. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read and agree to the refund policy outlined in Section 4 of these terms.

3.3. Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated after receiving access to any product or service will be considered a breach of these terms and may result in immediate account suspension and potential legal action. Please contact us directly at [email protected] before filing any dispute so we can work to resolve the issue.

4. Refund Policy

4.1. Products Under $100 — No Refunds. Due to the digital and immediately accessible nature of these products, all sales under $100 are strictly final. No refunds, cancellations, or transfers will be issued for any reason once a purchase is completed. If you have questions before purchasing, please reach out to [email protected] to make sure the product is the right fit for you before you buy.

4.2. Online Income Lab Experience — Conditional 14-Day Refund. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, but we also want you to give your best effort to apply all of the strategies in the program. In the event that you decide your purchase was not the right decision, contact us at [email protected] and let us know you'd like a refund within 14 days after the enrollment date ("Refund Period"). You must include your completed coursework with your request, as outlined below. If you request a refund and do not include all required coursework by the end of the Refund Period, you will not be granted a refund.

You must submit ALL of the following items with your request for a refund:

Requirement A: Submit your completed "Letter to Your Future Self."

Requirement B: Submit your completed "Find Your Winning Zone" worksheet.

Requirement C: Submit your market research questions along with documented responses from people you have interviewed.

Requirement D: Submit your completed course outline map.

Requirement E: Attach screenshots of two actual social media posts (must show publish date within the Refund Period) where you were actively validating your course idea.

Requirement F: Tell us why this program was not a good fit for you and your business needs. What did you expect that you did not receive once inside the program?

We will not provide refunds for any request that comes more than 14 days after the enrollment date. After the Refund Period, all payments are non-refundable and you are responsible for full payment of the fees for the program regardless of whether you complete the program.

Please note: If you opted for a payment plan and you do not request a refund within the Refund Period with all required coursework submitted at the time of your request, you are required by law to complete the remaining payments of your payment plan.

Once we determine that you are entitled to a refund pursuant to this policy, we will promptly issue an instruction to our payment processor to issue the refund. Please note that we do not control our payment processor and will not be able to expedite any refunds.

If you receive a refund, that shall immediately terminate any and all licenses granted to you to use the materials provided under these Terms. You shall immediately cease using the material and shall destroy all copies of the information provided to you, including without limitation: video recordings, audio recordings, forms, template documents, slide shows, membership areas, social media groups limited to paying members, and other resources.

All refunds are at our discretion. We will not provide refunds for requests made after the Refund Period, and all payments must be made on a timely basis. If payments are not made on time, you agree to pay interest on all past-due sums at a rate of 1.5% per month or the highest rate allowed by law, whichever is greater.

In all other cases, because of the extensive time, effort, preparation, and care that goes into creating and delivering this program, we maintain a no-refund policy outside of the terms described above. By purchasing this program, you understand and agree that all sales are final except where explicitly stated otherwise.

4.4. Payment Plans. Enrollment via a payment plan does not alter the refund terms above. All scheduled payments remain due regardless of your level of participation. If payments are not made on time, you agree to pay interest on all past-due sums at a rate of 1.5% per month or the highest rate allowed by law, whichever is greater. Failure to complete payments may result in suspension of access, referral to collections, and/or legal action to recover the remaining balance.

4.5. Upon Refund Approval. Once a refund is approved, access to all course materials, bonuses, downloads, and any associated community or group will be revoked immediately. No partial refunds will be issued.

4.6. Chargebacks & Disputes. Since we have a clear and explicit refund policy in these terms that you have agreed to prior to completing your purchase, we do not tolerate or accept any type of chargeback threat or actual chargeback from your credit card company or payment processor. If a chargeback is placed on a purchase, we reserve the right to report the incident to all three credit reporting agencies or to any other entity for inclusion in any chargeback database, which could have a negative impact on your credit report score. The information reported will include your name, email address, order date, order amount, and billing address. 5. User Conduct

5.1. By accessing our products, programs, or community spaces, you agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited behaviors:

Sharing or selling login credentials

Reselling or redistributing course materials outside of approved MRR terms

Spamming, solicitation, or targeting other members for outside business opportunities

Data mining, scraping, or using automated tools to collect information from our platforms

5.2. All participants are expected to conduct themselves with respect and professionalism in any live sessions, community spaces, or communications associated with Stephy Chen, LLC. We reserve the right to remove any participant who violates this standard without refund.

6. Coaching & Live Access

6.1. Where coaching or live access is included with a product, it is provided for as long as the service is actively offered by Stephy Chen, LLC. We reserve the right to modify, limit, or discontinue live access or coaching components at any time, particularly in cases of misuse or if an offering is discontinued in the future.

6.2. All live sessions will be recorded and made available for replay where applicable.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

7.1. Our products and content are for educational purposes only and do not constitute financial, legal, or tax advice. Please consult a qualified professional before making any financial decisions.

7.2. Any income examples, testimonials, or results shared by Stephy Chen or her students are for illustrative purposes only and are not a guarantee of what you will earn. Your results will depend on your individual effort, consistency, background, and market conditions.

7.3. Stephy Chen, LLC is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website, products, or services.

8. Governing Law & Disputes

8.1. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.

8.2. Any disputes arising from your use of our products or services shall be resolved through binding arbitration under applicable U.S. laws within the jurisdiction of Stephy Chen, LLC.

8.3. By purchasing any product or service from Stephy Chen, LLC, you agree to resolve disputes through arbitration and waive any right to a jury trial or class action lawsuit.

9. Miscellaneous

9.1. Product and course access is non-transferable and limited to the original purchaser.

9.2. Missed live sessions will be made available via recording where applicable.

9.3. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Updates will be posted at stephychen.com. Your continued use of our products or services following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
